The house was nice and clean. The company was very easy to work with. Loved the house and enjoyed spending the weekend with family! The house is just a short 5 min walk to the beach and North prom. Would highly recommend staying the night there again anytime!

A friend recommended that we rent a vacation house that she likes going to in Seaside, so we used Beachhouse Vacations to book the house. As promised, Beachhouse didn't disappoint! On their website, it's very easy to find and select the house we wanted, and the booking and payment processes were very easy. There is an extra layer of security where they phone you to speak with you in person to confirm your details, and I appreciate that. Also, the emailed instructions work perfectly to either see them during business hours, and/or to get keys and directions to the house after hours. We enjoyed Seaside very much, and had no issues with our stay.

This is the first time we have rented a vacation property. Usually we stay in a hotel and thought we would give a house a try. We found a place that was suitable for our needs and welcomed our fur baby. Jo made our experience simple and was knowledgeable of the area. We get to the home and we were pleasantly surprised with the location. Close to the beach and far enough away from the downtown area that everything was peaceful. Nice fenced backyard for our 2.5 year old and our dog. The home was clean and comfortable bed. For what it was worth, it was perfect and hope to come back soon. Thank you again The Roberson Family

We Rented the yellow cottage In July for 5 nights. Its very small, but perfect for two adults and on little dog. Great Location. Had everything we need. I would recommend the owner purchase new outdoor seating for the back yard. The Furniture out there looks like it will fall apart if you seat on it. The lawn was very, very Dry. I would rent this place again! This rental company does a wonderful job. Thank you again for a wonderful Vacation

My family of 6 adults rented The Lodge in Seaside from Beachhouse Vacation Rentals. 100% recommend! Before arriving, staff was polite, timely and responsive to questions. We had just one snafu with a coffee pot during our stay, and staff was quick to respond with a replacement within a couple hours. The property was as listed, with a few extras in the kitchen. The extra fridge was great for all our drinks. 😀 The house is even more spacious than photos indicate, and we loved having room for everyone to spread out: 2 dining areas, 2 tv rooms, large living room, parlor, plus 6 bedrooms, back deck and front porch. We enjoyed exploring all the nooks and crannies in this impeccably built and clean yet quirky (took us a while to find the second full bathroom) place, as well as the custom stained glass throughout. Couldn’t have been closer to the beach and everything in town was in walking distance. We dubbed the house ‘The Schicktorium’ for our stay, and we couldn’t have found a better place for us.

I've never had a bad interaction with the lovely ladies here, they are very helpful & patient. This company manages many beautiful property's around Seaside all of them are maintained & cleaned very well. Our visit to the rental was outstanding we will definitely be back to rent another beautiful house again.

I stayed at the Seaside Beach Club for 14 days. It was amazing. The view from 206 was spectacular. The condo was clean and cozy. It had everything we needed for preparing meals. The laundry room was squeaky clean. Thank you Beachhouse.

We had the most amazing time at Seaside because the agents went above and beyond. Our condo was right on the beach. Everything was walkable. Condo was clean, comfortable and perfect. A truly memorable experience.

Rented a unit for a beach stay for my birthday, it was so fun! Helpful staff and definitely clean for next renter as well as aesthetically pleasing ☺️

We had an excellent experience with Erin from Beachhouse Vacation Rentals. We had a small issue with our rental property and she promptly went above-and-beyond to made it right. She was extremely attentive. I highly recommend using this agency over AIRBNB or VRBO. We willl exclusively use them in the future.
